1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains when you are entitled to a refund for a NinjaFlow subscription. It applies to subscriptions purchased directly through ninjaflow.com or the NinjaFlow app. Subscriptions purchased through a reseller, marketplace, or under a separate order form are governed by the refund terms of that purchase channel.
By starting a paid subscription, you agree to this policy along with our Terms of Service.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (New Subscribers)
New subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of their first paid charge, no questions asked.
To qualify:
- The account must be on its first paid subscription period (this is a first-time guarantee, not available on renewals).
- The request must reach us at [email protected] within 14 calendar days of the initial charge.
- The account must be in good standing and not in violation of our Terms of Service.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Once the refund is processed, the subscription ends immediately and access to paid features is removed.
3. Cancellations After the Guarantee Period
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings. After the 14-day guarantee window:
- Service continues to the end of the paid term. If you are on a monthly plan, you keep access until the end of the current month. If you are on an annual plan, you keep access until the end of the current year.
- Fees already paid are non-refundable. We do not pro-rate refunds for unused time in the current billing period.
- No future charges. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You won’t be billed again unless you resubscribe.
4. Plan Changes
Upgrades take effect immediately. We charge the prorated difference for the remainder of the current billing period.
Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date. You keep access to your current plan’s features until then.
5. Usage-Based Charges and Add-Ons
Metered usage (such as workflow executions, inbound webhooks, scheduled runs, or storage above plan limits) and one-time add-ons are non-refundable once consumed or activated.
6. Service Disruptions
If NinjaFlow experiences a prolonged service outage that materially affects your ability to use the Service, contact [email protected]. We may, at our discretion, issue a service credit applied to a future invoice. Any service-level commitments in a separate written agreement take precedence over this section.
7. Refunds Not Available
Refunds are not available for:
- Subscription renewals (only the first paid period qualifies for the 14-day guarantee).
- Accounts terminated for violation of the Terms of Service.
- Charges older than 14 days for new subscribers, or any charge on an existing subscription.
- Third-party fees you incur using the Service (for example, fees charged by your own SMS provider, payment processor, or cloud storage vendor).
- Usage that has already been metered and billed.
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
Please contact us at [email protected]before filing a chargeback with your card issuer. We almost always resolve billing concerns faster than the chargeback process. Accounts with open chargebacks may be suspended until the dispute is resolved.
9. How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected]from the email address on your account, including:
- Your organization name and account email.
- The charge date and amount you’re asking us to refund.
- A brief reason (optional within the 14-day guarantee window, required outside it).
We respond within two business days. Refunds, when approved, settle to the original payment method within 5–10 business days; the exact timing depends on your bank.
10. Taxes
Where sales tax, VAT, GST, or similar taxes have been collected, any approved refund will include those taxes. Currency conversion differences are not reimbursed.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes apply only to charges made after the change takes effect. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
